ANDOVER, MA, Feb 23, 2016 --- Real School of Music instructors Everly McCormack and Michele Cronin recently returned from a week of intensive teacher training at the Yamaha Music Education System (YMES) center in Buena Park, CA. In completing the 6-day seminar, Everly and Michele joined an international network of Yamaha teachers devoted to sharing the joys of music making for pre-school through elementary ages.
"Everly and Michele are established, popular instructors at Real School and we're excited about expanding their roles to include Yamaha classes," said Yamaha Program Director Heather Luhn. "They've both received glowing reviews from Andover parents, and will help to establish the Yamaha program as the premier choice for pre-school and elementary aged music lessons in the area."
Everly McCormack is a graduate of University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she received her degree in Music Education (with honors) with a heavy concentration in piano performance. Everly enjoys teaching students of all ages and learning styles and loves discovering innovative ways of demonstrating musical concepts to her students. Her varied teaching methods are adaptable to the needs of each individual student, and she has a passion for teaching students with special needs.
